Lugol's is Iodine (I) and potassium Iodide (KI)

SSKI is
(S)aturated
(S)olution of
(K)potassium
(I)odide

It's also called Super Saturated (K)potassium Iodide
(IOW, no elemental iodine)

In case you're wondering why not a "P",
P stands for phosphorus.
