This is quite a well known article around a few years now.
Scott was a patient of Dr Klinghardt of Seattle.
Article is good in detail and has protocol for pyroluria positive test.

There's so much individual differences that some experimenting may be required, even in the time of day & dividing up of dosage, etc.
Some, for example, find that they can't take zinc any later than late afternoon, because it interferes with sleep.
