I have been making and taking Liposomal Vitamin C per the pdazzler recipe, off and on, since March of last year.

I recently purchased Now Food's one ounce of 100% pure powder CoQ10. I cannot find a recipe for the mixture nor the dosage once it is made.

I double the recipe Vitamin C recipe with the larger sonic cleaner. I am inclined to think that you would add one tablespoon to the single mixture so two tablespoons to the double mixture.

If true, would I take a one ounce dose of the mixture, the same as with the liposomal vitamin C?

Would this be the same with glutathione?
