Oh yes. Us too.

At different times I could tell I needed to up my iodine. Most likely because I really stirred my internal pot (so-to-speak) - back in 2008 - having ALL FOURTEEN of my mercury-laden Amalgams redone over only 4 months' time.

That's where I kinda went backwards; it was not done safely.

But before having that done, I noticed the allergy thing, and my heart arrythmia clearing up, and how I was accused of not being a good mama because I refused to put sunscreen on my kid and yet she did NOT burn when even the sun-blocked kids DID!

I lived on inhalers starting at age 14 and well past the age of 40.

Now, I can't remember the last time I needed one.

Remembering all that disease and sickness, though, requires me to go find a tissue or three. I've got those darn happy tears again.

If life begins at 40, then I am now 16.
