My granddaughter (3 years old) has asthma and now it seems my 9 mo old grandson. A friend told me how to make Colloidal Silver using 9 volt batteries and silver from a jeweler which I think is .999% pure. Would this silver be sufficient as I'm not sure the strength of it?
