You can glean some info by opening the book and seeing the table of contents )start at cover and scroll down till you see word contents then they have what to eat to avoid heart troubles, anti cholesterol foods, for blood clots, for high blood pressure, against stroke and also diabetes.

This book is based on 10,000 medical studies and well worth the $4 but you can see some of the helpful foods just by looking in the book in the contents section
