Amazing to hear that it actually help with spinal damage pain (even if it's the swelling around it).

CG is supposed to great for joint issues like even Rheumatoid Arthritis . This is good for me to know since my wife's mother had RA and it's nice to know CG's there if we need it.

I'm using the Utopia brand now though I also had good results with something called "Medi-Gold" as cheesy as the name sounds I think it was even stronger oz per oz as the Utopia. More expensive tho since I'm able to buy the Utopia on sale by the gallon.

I take 3 tble spoons every few days (started off every day).
