Yeah,most of the times I leave the house there is some kind of humiliation,I even became a recluse for nearly 2 years,that didnt help with the smell but it certainly didnt put me in a situation like you where I would end up smashing someones skull in.I know how you feel and its not going to be long before I do something like this to a friend,woman stranger,group of people or my DR...
