I tried it a couple days ago using my daughters stool (knowing she is completely healthy) and it calmed the colitis flare by the next day. this way, also, I was able to avoid the die off symptoms that I normally experience when I take kefir, yogurt or other strong probiotics. it's a surprisingly gentle and effective treatment.
