Hello,
I need some advice from you :)
I started fasting in february.. Did a 20day fast and lost 33pounds. But i didnot break properly and gained back 11 pounds. But managed to maintain rest with two 4-5 day fasting and diet.
Then again in april did another fast for 14days.. lost 20lbs and out of compulsion broke it and ate badly and gained 10lb in 6days..
so i planned another fast and fasted again for 9days and lost 18lbs. I stopped that fast bcuz i started gaining 2.2lb a day for 3days. i was scared and broke the fast.
And since these are my holidays planned a trip with family and i thought i was deprived of nutrition so started gaining and feasted in hotels :( and i again gained 9lbs.
Now its been 15days since i broke my fast. I want to start another 1 again.
Now u might be thinking this girl is dumb, she is hopeless. I know i have screwed my breaking the fast all the times.
But sincerely i dont want to this time and i want to follow a healthy life style. I have a plan to break this 14 or 20day fast with 10day juicing, 7day rawfruits/veg and then 15days vegan and healthy life style later.
Please advice if i can start a fast again. I have to do this to control my urge to food. Post last fast ive been tempted to food so much. Actually I am in normal weight with a BMI of 23.5. Want to get down to 20 or 21 and maintain that.
Please advice me... I am afraid that i will increase my weight even in fasting days. Will i do any damage to my body by doing this??
