I was just thinking, you are so lucky to be working with Rick at the moment. Back in January my husband has a retest that was identical number for number to yours and he had come from 4 lows, his Wilson practitioner told him that this was a terrible result and that he obviously wasn't doing the program correctly, he was going to have to do a lot more relaxing etc ect, he was told he needed to go back into 4 lows and was given paramin, magnesium, zinc and stress pak. This sounded completely wrong to me at the time as the results looked good to me i told him to add thymadren to this but even that didn't help and now he is back in 4 lows with a low na/k.
I am really starting to question the whole arl appraoch as well lately.
