There are other illnesses that also cause crawling sensations such as vitamin B12 deficiency. You need to be sure that your son has Morgellons and not something else. I suggest you get a little handheld microscope and look at his skin to see if he has fibers. It is possible to have Morgellons but no skin issues.

If I were you, I would find a naturopath to work with him.
