Yeah i have some experience with tincture of Iodine and white iodine. Both of them seem effective.
Though Lugol's Iodine more weird.It makes itch after like 2 minutes unlike the others.
I know its not the debate forum here,but tincture of iodine
painted in skin gave me one of the best effect ever,
vibrational tissue and spirituality unlike
lugol's which i ingest and felt REALLY in a fatigue mode.
As a side note i didnt take the supplements,but i ate
apples which are supposed to help the body remove the filth that is being thrown out and remove detoxification symptoms.
