My horrible Sugar cravings subsided when I started targeting killing candida. I was so surprised I wasn't so hungry for suger and carbs. I used Ted's Borax protocol. Proceed with caution the Borax is potent stuff when you start with it. I think I probably should have have split the 4/1 tsp dose again. I guided protocol by someone with knowledge.
