Throwing up a week after I stopped the round, and having stomach issues (ranging from reduced appetite to feeling sick or like I might throw up) on and off for over a month now...."

I'm sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. Immune system or digestive system (candida) issues are rather common with DMSA, especially if a person has a history of such problems. However your symptoms are uncommon.

Maybe it is time to ask your doctor. Maybe there is something going on that the DMSA exacerbated.
