Of course people can recover from a yeast infection, I did from a really bad one and I know of thousands of people who have successfully recovered too!
It all depends on the person, some recover much quicker than others, and a small percentage never really recover, but get well partially, then relapse and feel bad again. There are many different types of people, and therefore there are many different types of recovery.
Although a yeast infection may only last a short while, especially if it was caused by one transient stressful event such as one round of antibiotic, it can debilitating and last for many years – even a lifetime – without proper treatment. However, with proper treatment, most people can fully recover from a yeast infection. My Candida Crusher book was written to help people overcome their yeast infection permanently, and I sincerely believe that most of those who follow the program can be assured of a full and complete recovery.
