I am glad that you did not write the first sentence out in an absolute... because it could actually be too much Iodine as well.
Too bad medicine did not get into the study of nutrition way back at the turn into the 20th century as some country doctors, such as the one that treated my grandmother for anemia with a recommendation to eat liver at least once a week, were practicing... the world would likely be a very different and healthier place today.
I have a problem with this one though...

That *may* or *may* not be true in *this* case - unless you know the lifestyle and dietary habits of and treat the individual.
