This is information from someone I know, not me, but I've seen her parasite "moles." The moles parasites produce are clear and sometimes shiny. When they come out through your skin, sometimes they leave tiny brown spots that look like moles, but they are actually skin discoloration from the parasites and will eventually fade. When she did parasite cleanses, the moles would burst open and crust over, then scab over and disappear. I think they are called papules, but not sure. You'll have to look it up.
