Not judgemental, just the experiences we have had; about large doses give an easier detox than small ones.
Grizz has given us a different way of titrating the iodine, from RDA and up. I am too impatient for it, but;
It is worth a try.

My mother was cured from a loong time illness with small dosages of iodine; it took a long time though, like 2 years.
- I would rather jump right on to 50 mg +, based on my experience. I like my 1 gram days.
