I've only ever used BioKult and HMF by Genestra(I think that it is a Canadian Brand). I noticed very little difference with the HMF, but I might not have used a high enough strength. The BioKult definately worked, as I had huge die off when I started on it for about a month. I was on it for about 7 months and now only use home made yogurt as a probiotic. I eat no sugar, or fruit and very little starch and the yogurt is doing me fine.
