Hi Amber,

I had a recent ASI cortisol saliva test done, and had similar results to yours. My cortisol levels were in great shape for each range, but I felt extremely lethargic, tired, anxious, just basically awful. My DHEA levels were at the bottom of the range(3, with a range of 3-10 ng/ml). My practioner advised me to take pregnenolone to raise the DHEA levels. I was consulting with Dr. Nevile from the Clymer center.

Did you have a practioner order your test, or could you get one to translate it for you and suggest what kind of supplementation you need?
