Yes I had a candida issue that occured after a 40 day master cleanse. Obviously I was high on Sugar because I used grade b maple syrup with Cayenne and lemon/lime during the cleanse. I broke that fast with fruit juices and thats when I learned what candida is... had an itch through out my body and it was awful. Since then I have not experienced many symptoms but I though my 10 day Water Fast would have starved the candida.

Anyway, my question now is that how would you go about breaking the fast the right way if you suffer from candida? Any knowledge you could impart would be helpful.
