Hi There, I need any advice anyone has got..

I have binge eating disorder and cravings and Candida. SO I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DO THE CANDIDA.. I HAVEN'T BEEN TESTED FOR CANDIDA, I am not sure if it's worth it to be tested..?

I have white tongue, toenail fungal infections and Vaginal discharge..

But it's all got really complicated and I don't know how to unpick it.. I have adrenal fatigue as well..
I also have vulvodynia.

I think a yeast infection has effected my body and mental and physical health for about 17 years, since I was fairly young..

I wanted to take NAC for Sugar cravings because this diet is impossible for me to stick to it the degree in which I crave (almost 24/7) sometimes so intense, that I am so agitated and unhappy.


I have literally eaten a whole box of cereal and biscuits
and I am craving Sugar again!

I don't know anyone who craves Sugar like I do, I am just crazy addicted despite years of therapy and efforts.. sometimes I white-knuckle it for a few days but then I snap.

how to I recover from this..
any encouragement or feedback be appreciated
