I can exercise but as heavily as I used to. I still have anhedonia of some extent. I can roller blade for 10 -15 k no problem and recover fast.

Ferritin rises in the presence of inflammation. Low thyroid almost always means inflammation. Ferritin may be high but serum iron low. If ferritin is low, it always means low serum iron.
