At the moment I am taking B-Complex which is a mixture of lots of different B vitamins.

I will have a look in to your advice and see what I can find - thank you.

I started Agnus Cactus last night to see if it improves anything, I had my blood work back and it looks as of my liver may not be working to its full ability.

I am considering doing a liver cleanse (I was recommended to do this on here a couple of months ago but I was a bit scared as I was having tummy problems).

Does anyone have any experience with liver cleanses? I was thinking of combining it with an enema??
