I agree with all that!
Rebelling against God is definitely not the way to go!
I think Jonah was definitely saved though. He said, Salvation is of the Lord, and I believe he truly understood that in his heart after what he had been through. And I'm sure God was not done with him yet, even though we didn't get to hear the rest of the story. We can hear it someday. :)

I know! I see people on the internet having debates like this all the time on other websites, and I feel sorry for them. lol
But it has for sure been a great learning experience for me and so I don't regret it.
But I've got to stop now though especially since my daughter's last day of school is tomorrow.

You did the right thing and saved yourself from a lot of heartache for sure. It's amazing how much mercy God does have though even when his children do rebel.
