Congrats! They told me I was going to have to take anti-depressants forever. Then I started doing cleanses, cleaned up my diet, started exercising and taking vitamins and supplements, and what do you know? I am no longer depressed. Now I just have to get my thyroid right so I will have normal amounts of energy and I'll be perfect.

It's amazing how little doctors know after they get out of medical school, then go through internship and residency, isn't it?
