Well, I don't know. The last time I tried to do when was about 2 weeks ago and it just seemed to move a lot of debris into my bile duct and stuff. I didn't feel any better or worse from it. It's hard to know if and when something is right.

I have wondered a lot if it makes sense to eat as healthy as I can and essentially feed healthy stuff to the parasites or should I just eat mediocre. When I learned the flukes utilize glutathione in a similar way that we do to eliminate drugs and stuff I was very disappointed. Glutathione is one of those things that can only help you detox and have a stronger antioxidant system. The coffee enema's I read somewhere that it increases the glutathione s transferase, which is great.

When I took a Chinese herbal remedy that was designed ot not necessarily treat parasites, even though there were things in there that did. It was supposed to help my liver, pancreas and other organs. When I took that I felt a lot better. Almost normal to an extent. This was day 8 on a 12 day nitazoxanide treatment. The next day there were 15 dead flukes, the rough ones. The one after there were 10, and the next day there were 5. So, I don't know what the best approach is. is it to eat extremely healthy and ignore the fact that this will supply the parasites with nutrients. Or take the meds, (which are supposed to block the production of atp for a lot of them) and eat really healthy and have a healthier body to attack the parasites. I simply don't know where that boundary is. But, I like to eat food that makes me feel better. Atleast I will feel better. With the enema's I don't think it would be bad to do it once a week or something. Just to help eliminate some toxins and such. It should help the parasites eliminate the drugs too. But, it's not everyday. Also, there is the idea of taking grapefruits that slow the phase 1 detox pathway so it stays in the body longer, the cyp3A4.. I think. So, would an enema and then taking the meds with a grapefruit cancel eachother out so to speak, more or less. It's complicated and hard to simply know what is right. When I get home I am going to start taking glutathione though and my supplements to help my antioxidant system. I am going to give that a try. I have held off of it for about 7 months now. When I was in need of it before all of this happened. Now I just feel and look terrible. So, I guess there is something to be said about taking care of your health and maybe your body will work better that way.

The only thing I have to go on was the herbal tea from the Chinese doctor that made me feel great and really helped kill things off. So, it's complicated for sure.
