Thanks all for the replies. They make sense. I have taken Epsom Salt baths for months now. the reason was i thought i had the toxins from candida all over my body. and i thought this is what was casuing the twitching. So i would sit in an extremely hot epspm salt bath to try to sweat out those toxins. I usually felt better for about a day or so before everything would come back.
I am told that candida cannot be all over the entire body, or you would most likely be dead. And it is actually the toxins from candida in your stomach and also low vitamins and minerals from not absorbing that is actually felt all over your body.
i have a hard time believing the docs at cleveland clinic about the absorbtion becasue that would mean all of my vitamin and minerals would be low.
