I am sure you are not going crazy but it is really hard to not freak out when you dont have a reason isnt it? I think there are lots of other things that impact our depression/anxiety like blood Sugar and thyroid hormones.

Remain strong the answer will be there. Also remember that most people here are recovering even if it takes time so hang in there.
