2 dropper fulls of 35% in evian bottled water(nothing special)just enough water for 2 swishes.

I did 4x a day for about a week when it was bad!


my gums were receding and teeth were breaking and falling out(really sore and depressing)

After 2 weeks of h202 there is no more pain and my gums feel very good and strong.

i have been to 3 different dentists who could not diagnose the problem

first days of swishing was a bit sore but i could tell it was killing the infection, bubbled up really fast. Now no pain and little bubbling:)

This has saved my teeth and possibly my life!!!!!!

no side effects.... just do it!!!!!!
