malate and citrate are both absorbable brands from what ive read. So you think it takes about 3 months to notice a difference ? Ive only been doing magnesium for 2 weeks but have not noticed a difference,

I have a question, if you are not absorbing magnesium, wouldnt that mean that you are not absorbing any of the needed nutrients ? mine all showed to be fine.

Then what esle could be causing the twitching ?
