I am sorry to hear about the twitching/popping. It sure is annoying!

I was having pretty bad twitching around my eyes and in my extremities when I was sitting and resting.

I don't know how much of a difference it is...but I have been taking Magneseum Citrate...not malate. Now maybe they are the same thing, I don't know. I have been taking about 1000mg a day and most of my twitching has greatly subsided after about 3 months of taking the citrate. I will still have flare-ups...but they will be over within a few seconds and I may go a week without twitches.
