That gave me the idea of starting one more thing that I didn't know if it would help...but it did!
I am at the end of my first day, and I started with diarrhea, and then in the afternoon I had some clear like mucus coming out. I looked at it: it is candida!
I just want to re-confirm that it does help. there was a question about that in a previous post and I wanted to share my findings.
If this works then it would be the best thing that happened to me in years, since I started having the candida symptoms. Good luck!
