I have been doing herbs and meds together, i'm not handing my body over to the chemical on slaught it has had without putting back what's being stripped. Your biggest friend is an excellent acidophilus. Put back the good stuff! I do a full detox every couple of months.but I take olive leaf , vitamin b, multi you need high strength cranberry, every day. Avoid all yeast and over processed food. No artificial sweeteners. But your body will need support to cope. I found I had to let go of my anger at these pesky critters. They to are suffering. They didn't choose to be a parasite, just bad karma all round! Best wishes. This will pass. Stay strong.
