Thanks for the words of wisdom. I am going to go back in soon and have my white blood cell count checked again just to ensure it's nothing serious. I should know by now that my system is very sensitive, so I always should proceed very cautiously. I'm going to order the companion nutrients and ensure that I have enough of those in me for at least a few days before I slowly reintroduce the Iodine starting once per week.

I had a lot of hair fall out after this episode. Is that very common? I don't have much to spare LOL, so I'm hoping the companion nutrients help prevent this in the future!
