I don't recommend agave or any nectar when a person wants to beat dysbiosis and a yeast infection. I think one of the key solutions in beating candida is understanding if or why you must have this kind of Sugar in your diet. Agave may have some medicinal properties, but I've only seen it aggravate folks with a yeast infection, in fact a lady contacted me some time ago who could not shake her yeast infection, and she was having small amounts of agave daily. All such "habits" need knocking on the head. Any person who "must" have some form of Sugar when trying to get rid of their yeast infection would do well to address this addiction. After all, it may be the one contributing to their candida.
