Ok I broke down and bought some Colloidal Gold since my kids complained about feeling depressed, problems concentrating in school, etc.

With them if I give them a supplement and they don't notice anything immediate or powerful, they never try it again. Surprisingly they've almost drained the first 16 oz bottle I got and I already bought another gallon (since they were on sale at half price).

I've noticed it helps me think faster, have thoughts that wouldn't normally occur to me, etc. and it does help with mood. The only tangible results were a huge improvement in my raquetball game (that I've been told about from just about everyone I've played with lately) and I find myself winning more arguments. Not bad as supplements go..lol
