Your case does sound minor actually, so yes it can possibly go away on its own ONLY IF you change your living habits.

If you continue to sit at the computer several hours everyday like the way you do now, your hemorrhoids will not only stay, they will worsen instead. You must at least get up and walk around every hour or so; every 30 minutes would be even better. In fact, if you do not correct this bad habit, any medication will not help either.

There may be other habits that are contributing to your condition as well so you might want to check out some ways to get rid of obstacles to hemroids recovery.
