Thank you so much Purplepixie! Super helpful. I noticed today feeling very nauseous after taking MSM...now that I'm in the thick of para cleansing I thought, Oh God no, please don't let me throw up...(afraid of what might come up).

I actually took a few days off from the MSM and now seems to be ok again, but I am also not doing the PnB shakes bc I'm afraid they would absorb the medicine. Do you know anything about this. I picked up some yogurt tonight as a means of eating lots of ground flax for fiber.
