This is a good article on food reactions . The mention of cow milk dairy and gluten is a problem that many of us have but are not aware of.

Just wondering who here is gluten and cow milk dairy free?

Were you tested or just found relief through a long period of elimination.

I was tested for gluten and cow milk dairy intolerance 5 years ago with a lab here. http://www.enterolab.com
I have to avoid these foods for optimal health. Both of these cause lots of problems for me.
