I cut out gluten completely just a few days ago. There weren't many gluten foods I was eating up to that point. I guess it hasn't been long enough to know if it has helped or not.

I have managed to cut back on the benzo quite a bit. I now usually take 3/4 of the smallest Xanax they make. The tablet is .25mg so I guess I take between .18 and .2 mg. I sometimes need to take more if my stomach ulcer is keeping me awake. I am trying to help the ulcer by drinking 24 oz. of goat milk per day. I found a lady who will sell it to me.

I realize that it seems like it is taking me a long time to manage to do all the things I need to do. Believe me, I'm trying to understand everything and learn how to do it right. When you have had a life of insomnia and never can get enough sleep, just one night of only four hours sleep or less can really wipe a person out. I had to cancel an appt. with a chiropractor last week because I could only manage to get 2 1/2 hours sleep. I knew I wouldn't be able to explain my symptoms and would mess up the whole appointment.

Do you think then that the triphala is better to switch to than Dr. Schulze 's liquid? I will order that from MR herbs.

I will see how being gluten free helps.
