You're right about taking care of ourselves to stay healthy.

Unfortunately, many people can't or don't want to change.
You can't live other people's lives...

It is true, there are many cures. Buzynski's is one, but it is not perfect either.

By the way, stress is the biggest culprit, plus our subconscious mind - that's where many problems start.
