You say you were irrational with your BF. Those are all signs of an anxiety or panic attack, which can be a detox symptom. I made the same mistake at first -- took too much at one time. I had the same emotional meltdown, panic attack symptoms. I backed off to 1 drop of 5% a day, and I'm fine now. Just got a zit on my face, but Noxzema will take care of that. Use cocoa butter or castor oil for the scars.
