This is very helpful, thank you! I will start over the right way this time.

I didn't realize that detox could happen at such a small dose (1.5 mg), especially when I had taken the Iodine in 3-9 mg dosages previously without that severe of a reaction.

The one thing that is concerning is the perceived difficulty breathing and pain when taking a really deep breath. I didn't see this listed anywhere as a symptom, nor did I see fever/chills. Any thoughts on this?
