I stopped taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement around a year ago myself, but in the end I was taking CDS exclusively, which turned out to be far easier to tolerate than any form of mixed Miracle-Mineral-Supplement I had ever taken.

That being said, I found that the easiest way to make a chlorine dioxide solution was to place an Miracle-Mineral-Supplement mixture(MMS + activator) in a sealed jar containing distilled water overnight. At which point the gas released by the mixture would permeate the water, thus forming CDS. This proved to be easiest method at the time to achieve what I'd call a safer way of getting chlorine dioxide into the body.

Today I'm happy to report that I've found a better alternative to MMS/CDS with solutions such as; heat reduced Colloidal Silver and blood purification. Though I still occasionally make and use CDS with DMSO to treat cuts and other topical conditions.
