Actually I would like to start a new kind of dieting;
cravetarianism :) After all those years trying to diet well, I found out that my body was way wiser than I was. It always know what I need.
Only problem is that food dont provide all nutrients anymore; therefore supplements in addition to the diet.

So, when I want dandelions, gristle, gelatine, or aspargus or whatever; I eat it. I have healed my gut this way. But I wouldnt have managed without Iodine & co, as this was my way even before my first drop.
