But I forgot to mention... the reason I mentioned the HP therapy is that the original poster seems to be suffering from systemic disease, and the HP will help with most of that.

If you're alone and too weak to endure fasting, it's just not an option. When I fasted, I was WIPED OUT. I couldn't have done it without care. People with systemic disease react differently to fasting than those whose illness is less deep and chronic.

Just trying to help with suggestions in which the healing process is bearable.
