take enough iodine, selenium and boron to cleanse your thyroid and get it up and running, if its going to.

take enough KI and you will fix that gut problem, too.

and it takes time. youve experienced some adjusting. you need much more Iodine and a lot less fear. im not sure which one has to come first, but i think its best to lose the fear so you can take the iodine.

be patient, be bold and trust yourself. it always boils down to that.
