Thanks, should have waited but already went and ordered the Mega Reds =(

I was reading up on them and either way taking them shouldn't hurt they sound pretty good for overall health. I'll see how they do and then maybe look into the EPO after your findings. Do you know if males can take EPO? I saw a few different brands on amazon but most say "womens health", saw a couple reviews that say they are ok for men but want to be sure. Good luck!!
